Lee Smith is the owner-operator of WD Security and has over twenty years' experience as one of the world's best hand-to-hand combat instructors. This rare experience combined with Lee's extensive knowledge of the security industry, gives WD Security an edge over other security service providers.

As Operations Manager, Yen is the first point of call for any urgent matters. Yen manages any staffing concerns, ensures the Crowd Controllers are fully licenced and organises the rosters on a weekly basis.

Noel is the Security Supervisor and liaises between the Crowd Controllers and the managers of the licenced premises. Noel ensures that the WD Security Crowd Controllers adhere to excellent standards of behaviour, etiquette and professionalism over and above the security standards required of typical security providers.

To become a Crowd Controller with WD Security, you are required to obtain a Certificate of Approval (COA) from the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority (PSPLA) as stipulated under the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010. If you do not currently have a COA, WD Security has systems in place to assist you in obtaining a COA.
